BARKSTAR... WHERE DOG MEETS DESIGN
Our chief designer and creator, Lisa, is a former fashion stylist and womenswear designer with over 2 decades worth of experience in the industry. Fashion is at the heart of every design we produce whilst still maintaining that necessary practicality in both our clothing and accessories.
BRITISH BRAND
Our products are handcrafted in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. We do not subscribe to mass produced products from overseas, instead we reuse vintage and deadstock materials to create limited edition collections for you and your pooch.
SUSTAINABILITY
BarkStar is an ethical company operating a zero waste policy and striving to be as carbon neutral as possible; all of our products are made in the south of England, with raw materials sourced as close to us as possible. We use only the highest quality metal hardware in our designs and we are plastic free.
DESIGN
We believe that every dog should have a well fitting outfit which is why we offer a variety of services to ensure that your wardrobe is always on point. From off the peg products available to shop straight away, to bespoke made to measure options for that perfect Saville Row style fit. All of our designs are available in half sizes because dogs, like humans, come in all shapes and sizes.
VEGAN
We don't believe in using animal products to make products for our animals! We pride ourselves on creating the most stylish and fashion forward pieces for your puppers without compromising our beliefs. Using sustainable materials such as plant based leathers and corks, metal hardware instead of plastic fastenings on our accessories and repurposing workshop scraps into new designs, allows us to produce eco friendly products with a sustainable heart.
